Aminex, the oil and gas exploration and development company focused on Tanzania, is pleased to announce that during a recent operations meeting in Muscat, Oman with ARA Petroleum Tanzania (APT) and Aminex, the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) updated the joint venture partners on its progress to construct a pipeline spur from Ntorya to the Madimba gas processing plant (the Pipeline). The TPDC told Aminex and APT that:The TPDC is responsible for the Pipeline\'s construction. At the meeting with Aminex and ARA, it reiterated its, and the Tanzanian Government\'s, firm commitment to achieving first gas as soon as possible, with a deadline of no later than mid-2025.Charles Santos, Executive Chairman of Aminex commented:\'We are very appreciative of the TPDC\'s update on the Pipeline, the construction of which is a critical milestone in bringing Ntorya gas to the people of Tanzania.
