PwC and Garrigues law firm acted as sell-side advisors to Grupo Enhol, whereas Uría Menéndez law firm advised Exus.This acquisition represents another notable addition to Exus\' growing portfolio of renewable energy assets in Europe. The wind farm, currently in RtB (ready to build) status, is expected to achieve Commercial Operation Date (COD) in the third quarter of 2025.
